Kota Baru Parahyangan

Natural Waterscape 

The objectives are creating mix-used development in the area that has beatuiful landscape and a pristine lake.  Thus, the solutions are keeping the lake pristine, only few activities are allowed to minimize the waste result and by developing around lake by cut and fill strategy. Leaving the lake alone and pristine and creating calm atmosphere in the lake can be used for relaxation and escaped route from daily activites.

The inner ring to the lake is designed for frenzied activities and it can be used as buffer zone. In this area people are allowed to have a interaction with nature. However, the outer ring is designed for bustling activities such as for convention and meeting activites, or parking facilities.

Design for “Kota Baru Parahyangan Master Plan Competition” during my 3rd year in undergraduate Degree.
